How to book?
You may book online at https://ohayami.ph
1. Select your preferred trip date
2. Select trip and seat/s
3. Input your details
4. Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Refund:
Allowed only a day before the trip and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same Day Cancellation:
Cancellations on the day of the trip are non-refundable regardless of reason or purchase time. Only rebooking or open ticket is allowed, with a PHP 50.00/pax penalty.
Note: Approval is based on the time your email or message is received.
How to rebook trip?
Online Rebooking:
Passenger reservations may be rebooked online up to three (3) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebooktrip. Subject to applicable fee/s.
Rebooking/Open Ticket:
Cancellations for rebooking or open ticket must be made at least 3 hours before departure.
A PHP 100.00 rebooking fee per passenger will be collected for requests made less than the prescribed time allowance.
Rebook/Open ticket requests received after departure time will be forfeited.
Note: Rebooking and open ticket are strictly limited to one-time use only.
