Are refunds available?
Refunds are allowed only a day before the trip and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Note: Refunds are processed only through the original payment method. Some payment options do not allow refund requests beyond sixty (60) days from the payment date. After this period, any refundable amount may only be claimed in person at the Ohayami Booking Main Office in Lagawe, Ifugao, or at the Manila Booking Office, within one (1) month from the date of cancellation.
Is rebooking allowed?
Passenger reservations may be rebooked online up to three (3) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebooktrip and are subject to applicable fee/s. For same-day online rebooking, some payment options may not be available.
Can i change passenger names?
- No. Tickets are non-transferable, and passenger name changes are not allowed.
