How to book online?
To book online,
- Select your preferred trip date
- Select trip and seat(s)
- Input your details
- Complete payment
You should receive your Easybus PH ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
Present your ticket voucher at the Ohayami Bus Terminal to check-in for your trip.
Can I rebook my trip?
Yes. Passenger reservations may be rebooked online up to three (3) hours before the trip by selecting the Manage Booking button on the ticket voucher or at https://easybus.ph/rebooktrip and are subject to applicable fee/s. For same-day online rebooking, some payment options may not be available.
How much luggage is allowed?
Hand-carry baggage is free.
Each passenger is allowed a free 10 kg check-in baggage. System-generated fees will be charged for excess baggage.
How can I avail a Student/Senior/PWD discount?
Please note that discounts are available only for over-the-counter bookings.
For passengers availing of a discount, kindly present the required travel documents during check-in. Failure to do so will invalidate the discount and incur an additional penalty fee.
• Senior/Person with Disability (PWD): Government-issued ID
• Student: Valid Student ID or Registration Form for the current school year
• Student discount applies to children aged 3 years and above (Master’s and Doctorate students are not eligible).
How can I claim my ticket?
Kindly show a digital or printed copy of this ticket voucher to the booking personnel for it to be exchanged for the official ticket.

How can I avail a child discount?
Here’s our Child On Board Policy:
• Children two (2) years old and below: Free of charge. If occupying a seat, a student fare will apply.
• Children three (3) years old and above: Eligible for a student discount with a valid school ID, verified by ticketing personnel. Discount is only available over-the-counter.
